    • 120 ml heavy cream, at room temperature
    • 1 tsp sea salt flakes

    • 300 g powdered sugar, sifted
    • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
    • 2 tbsp salted caramel sauce
    • Extra sea salt flakes for sprinkling

Instructions:
