Ingredients:

  • 225g all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder (about 5g)
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda (about 2.5g)
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt (about 2.5g)
  • 3 ripe bananas (approximately 300g when peeled)
  • 150g granulated sugar
  • 1 large egg (about 50g)
  • 75g unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract (about 5ml)

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F). Grease a 9x5 inch (23x13 cm) loaf pan and set aside.
